our processes

For the automotive industry, we coat rollers for the injection pump and hollow shafts for the electric drive with bonded coating and galvanize diesel lines for injection. In the defence industry, we anodize ammunition parts, cathodic dip-coat bullet bodies, phosphate and paint shell casings for bullets. In mechanical engineering/metal construction, our entire product range is used, e.g. cathodic dip coating of protective covers for side cutters, anodizing of mechanical parts, powder coating and anti-friction coating of covers for gas distribution systems. We burnish knife parts, anodize and paint various parts for the food industry. In the aviation industry, we anodize parts for loading aircraft and phosphate and paint parts for small aircraft.
